DOCTORAL CONFERENCE OF THE FACULTY OF MUSIC JANÁČEK ACADEMY OF PERFORMING ARTS

Faculty of Music of the Janáček Academy of Performing Arts organises on April 25th 2024 a professional conference for students in doctoral study programmes dealing with reflection on music, music performance, composition, or music production, as
well as researching topics in related fields. Cordially invited are students of higher art schools as well as students in the fields of musicology, music pedagogy etc.
The thematic scope within the defined area is free, the meeting is intended to provide all doctoral students an opportunity to present their scientific or artistic activities. The duration of individual presentations must not exceed 20 minutes, the organisers reserve
the right to make a choice of papers if the number of applications is too high. The papers presented in the conference, after being appropriately adapted by their authors, can be published in the faculty’s internet journal JAMUsica.
